Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our outreach efforts, connecting with teachers to promote our valuable educational resources via email campaigns.
Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and publishing content written by other teachers to foster an engaged community. Your creativity will shine as you craft eye-catching images using Canva for our blog posts and email communications.
If you have exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, along with a love for keeping a calendar, we welcome you to apply. Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and executing email campaigns targeted towards teachers, promoting our diverse range of educational resources.
- Work with other teachers to organize and post their content to our blog.
- Update a website for our limited-time sales campaigns.
- Utilize Canva to design captivating visuals for blog posts and email communications.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date content calendar to ensure a steady and well-coordinated flow of content.
- Upload our weekly educational video to YouTube.
Qualifications:
- Current or former teacher with a passion for sharing ideas with other teachers
- Must be tech savvy and proficient in graphic design
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to keep a calendar, task list, and meet deadlines
- Have strong writing and proofreading skills
Compensation: $25/hour, 15-20 hours/week
This is a contractor position, so no employment benefits will be provided.
