This week-long literary unit focuses on teaching what a first-hand account and second-hand account are and how to compare and contrast these different texts. Through the use of engaging picture books, students will learn how to compare and contrast first and second-hand accounts.
You will want to have the following texts available for use throughout this unit. You may be able to find a read-aloud of the books on YouTube.
